Northwest Stadium, located in Landover, Maryland is the home of the NFL Washington Commanders. Completed in 1997 at a cost of $250 million, it has a seating capacity of 85,000. Originally named Jack Kent Cooke Stadium in honor of it's recently deceased owner, it was renamed FedEx Field when it sold naming rights in 1999. In 2024, it was renamed Northwest Stadium after FedEx reliquished it's sponsorship of the stadium.
